Our Policies

To ensure the best in experience, time management and professionalism we have created standard policies to uphold and honor. This is important to read before booking any future reservations

Card of File

To secure your reservation, a credit card is required. This ensures mutual respect for both your time and the artist’s time.

*If you prefer not to put a card on file, please note that all appointments will need to be paid in advance and will still adhere to all our policies.

No Show/ Cancellations

Guests are required to cancel their reservation no later than 48 hours prior. 

​

Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of service.

​

Any and all No Shows will result in a 100% charge of service.

​

After two no shows, or repetitive cancellations, you may be required a 100% service deposit to book in the future.

Service Adjustments

Guests are required to notify the salon no later than one week after the service if any adjustments are needed. After one week, any service adjustment will require a fee. Failure to book the reservation within three days of notifying the salon firefight the adjustment service.

One week fixes do not include: Complete change of color, IE Receiving the desired look you inquired but not liking the outcome. 

Altering the service at home or somewhere other than A List Salon.

Child Policy

We encourage parents to visit the salon without their children under the age of 12 unless the child has a reservation, or are currently being breastfed. 

Additionally, we'd like to encourage scheduling children's hair reservations separate from your own.

We feel that this will ensure a safer environment in our space.

We want all of our guests to feel pampered and welcome and we count safety and experience at our top priority.

You may be asked to reschedule if you have children unattended. We understand the stress this may put on some mother's and encourage you to consult with your artist so that we may find a day where traffic is low so we can accommodate you.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase to obtain a credit to your account. No cash or card refunds.

Keep in mind ALL payments including deposits are nonrefundable.
